Comprehensive Buying Service –
Our comprehensive Buyers Agent service is just that…comprehensive – we do everything for you including researching great buying opportunities in high capital growth, high cash flow locations, providing reports that substantiate our recommendations, negotiating the very best deal and literally holding your hand throughout the entire buying process.

For property purchases up to and including $800,000, our total Buyers Agent ‘flat fee’ is $9,900 (inc GST). We charge an up-front, non-refundable ‘Engagement Fee’ of $997 (inc GST), however this fee is deducted from our total ‘flat fee’. Given our extensive experience and expertise in negotiating property purchases, while it can never be guaranteed, we generally save you far more than the fee we charge.

Our total ‘flat fee’ is due and payable when your property contract goes unconditional.

We Locate The Property And You Do The Rest –
With this partial Buyers Agent service option, we find locations that meet your requirements, thoroughly research specific properties and provide you with specific recommendations based on our research.

Our partial Buyers Agent total ‘flat fee’ is $4,400 (inc GST). We charge an up-front non-refundable ‘Engagement Fee’ of $997 (inc GST) however this fee is deducted from our total ‘flat fee’.

Our total ‘flat fee’ is due and payable when your property contract goes unconditional.

Buyers Agent Bidding At Auction

As a professional Buyers Agent it’s important that we provide a ‘bidding at auction’ service option. If you’ve found the property of your dreams and it’s being sold at auction, you might feel intimidated by the auction process.

Auctions are designed to be emotional events, the result being to create a sense of urgency, fear and/or greed. As a Buyers Agent we remove the emotion from the process. We understand the tactics used by Auctioneers and that ensures our Buyers Agent achieves the very best deal possible.

Our total ‘flat fee’ is $1,100 (inc GST) if our bidding is successful. We charge an up-front non-refundable ‘Attendance Fee’ of $597 (inc GST) however this fee is deducted from our total ‘flat fee’. If our bidding is not successful, the Attendance Fee becomes our total fee and no further payment is required.
If our bidding is successful, our total Buyers Agent ‘flat fee’ is due and payable when your property contract goes unconditional.
